Unspoken sentiment

...if the mouth and voice can't really say it
does the heart able to do it on its own
if the heart aching and throbbing
so much just to let it out
does the eyes going to lie
with cheeks soaked with tears
if crying and sobbing
are the only way to pronounce it
does the mind going to be satisfied
if there is a hole inside the heart
does filling it with happiness
will make it better...
