Nurul Izzah, eldest daughter of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim won vote in Lembah Pantai area. This must greatly cause shock to Datuk Sharizat since she had defended that area for 2 term. Nurul Izzah manage to attract attention of public with her speech, personalities and caliber.
“Saya akur mesej pengundi yang telah membuat keputusan mereka,” kata Menteri Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat, Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil mengulas mengenai kekalahannya kepada pendatang baru daripada Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Nurul Izzah Anwar di kawasan Parlimen Lembah Pantai."
Beliau memperoleh 18,833 undi manakala Nurul Izzah mendapat 21,728. Calon bebas, Periasamy Nagarathnam hanya memperoleh 489 undi.

And there also news about Datuk Seri S.Sami Vellu defeat.
"It was the most unexpected defeat for one who had defended his seat successfully since 1974. The sudden loss of his traditional parliamentary constituency of Sungai Siput tonight came as a devastating shock to Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu so much so that the MIC supremo, upon learning of defeat, made a quick exit from the Dewan Konvensyen Sungai Siput where he was waiting with his close aides for the impending result."

My prediction is right all along(see my previous blog entry)...there will be something unpredictable happen in today election result. Does BN can maintain 2/3 of overall vote? No. The result already release and proven. BN only manage to win 136 over 222 parliament sits.

wow...and thanx to RTM online I am actually listening the election results here in UK! Does not sound too good for BN...lots more PAS, DAP n PKR winning this time round...
Yeah...BN lose in few places.
BN need to start keeping their promise to people and avoid any corruption inside their party and also government + parliament. Tho I'm abit worried bout their looses in few states/places, still I want to see the different that the opposition party might bring to our country. Honestly their manifesto are more relevant from what BN had propose...its suitable with our condition right now.
it's funny how people tend to retreat only when they have been defeated. awal-awal dulu taknak tarik diri.
They betting for a small chance of winning eventho it worthless. The citizen have the power to judge what best for them and the country. Always make error but try to cover it ridiculous statement doesn't work anymore.
Veteran2 tue mmg liat nak tarik diri...lg klu it involve decreasing their income + reputation..
hurrah, opposition won 5 states. 1 blogger is MP. That speaks truth that internet and blogging is the trend setter for future leaders amidst media / blog bans.
100% BROADBAND FOR KELANTAN, PERAK,SELANGOR, KEDAH,PENANG.
UMNO, MCA, MIC should be disbanded. they still think post 1957 mentality. very, very racial based.malaysians are smart.malays don't mind if leader is non malay, as long they are not corrupted (and those UMNO guys calll them muslims...LOL)
congratz to Jeff Ooi~!! Hope in the future more blogger will be actively involve with politics...and become member of parliament. XD
Cannot underestimate our(blogger) power.
The leader can be any races...as long as he is a Muslim, balance between religious and politic, anti corruption and the most IMPORTANT IS KNOW HOW TO GOVERN A COUNTRY.
Muslim only by appearance is big issues. Haihh...
